Most repairs can be done at your premises with minimum inconvenience to you. Our response time is normally within 2 to 4 working hours of your call.

In-House Repairs
If you prefer, you can drop off or courier your equipment and have it serviced overnight.

Very Reasonable Charges
Call-Out Fee..............$40 + GST
Labour Charge...........$80 + GST per hour (Minimum charge 1/2 hour)
Most repair jobs cost no more than $80 + GST

Preventative Maintenance
Printers are prone to a lot more wear and tear than other computer equipment. Paper dust and other build-up can result in poor print quality and will often lead to more serious problems. Pick-up rollers wear over time leading to annoying paper jams. We strongly advocate regular preventative maintenance to help maintain excellent output quality and reduce the possibility of serious breakdown occurring. We can tailor a PM programme to suit your needs, from an on-demand inspection and cleaning through to the supply of loan machines when required.
